This site is run by Houben Racing B.V. in Heerlen, the Netherlands. We only process details you leave yourself, and only to handle your request. There is no advertising network on the site and we sell nothing on.

What we record, and why
If you send a partner enquiry we record: company name, contact person, email address, your phone number if you give one, the package you are looking at and your message. We need those to get back to you and to put a proposal together.
If you request something from the shop we record: your name, email address, phone number, address, what you are requesting and your message. We need the address to deliver and to invoice.
There is no account, and no payment details are entered on this site. An order runs through an invoice by email.
Who else sees it
- Scaleway (Paris, France) — where the site runs and the database lives.
- Scaleway Object Storage — where the photos are kept.
- Resend — which sends the email that tells us a new request has come in.
All three are inside the European Union. Beyond those, this site shares nothing with third parties.
Cookies and measurement
Visitors get no cookie from this site. There is one technical cookie, and it is only for whoever logs in to the admin to update the site.
There are no visitor statistics on the site at the moment. If we ever switch them on it will be Plausible: no cookies, no personal data and no profiles.
How long we keep it
A request that leads nowhere is deleted within a year. If it becomes a partnership or an order, the details belong to the accounts and we keep them for as long as Dutch tax law requires — seven years for invoices.
What you can ask for
You may always ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, object to the processing, or ask for it in a file to take with you. An email to info@houbenracing.nl is enough; we answer within a month.
If we cannot sort it out between us, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted. The database cannot be reached from the open internet, and only the people who maintain the site can see the requests.
Changes
If what we process changes, we update this page. This version is from 22 September 2026.
